Design Research Studies

After the Covid-19 pandemic, the new public restroom needed to undergo significant transformation. The gold of this project was to rethink the conventional user experience and explore more practical, hygienic solutions beyond the traditional norms. Through extensive design research, I identified key pain points in existing restroom usage and worked to develop solutions that address both functional and behavioral needs in post-pandemic context.
